Mug cheesecake..pinned it and tried it

Pinned it, tried it and liked it!

What a great idea..a single serve cheesecake..I like these mug recipes. Easy and tasty. The only problem was waiting the 2 hours for it to cool in the frig!

Mug cheesecake
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 egg, beaten until fluffy

Mix well and pour into mug sprayed with Pam. Microwave 1 minute. Open door for 20 seconds, then microwave for another 45 seconds. Cool 10 minutes, and then refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with topping of your choice. ( I crushed a graham cracker on top and added cream with a cherry)
