Turkey salad croissant




This recipe is from a friend of mine, and it's so good I could eat it every day!

Well, maybe not everyday, but close.

My favorite meat is turkey, and I love using leftovers in so many recipes. This is a favorite!



Turkey Salad Croissants 

1 1/2 c. turkey, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dill weed to taste
1/4 c. sweet onion, chopped
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 stalk celery, chopped
half and half, add to desired consistency
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Mix all together and serve on croissants.
