Chocolate Chip Heath Cookies

Here's a quick cookie recipe, soft and chewy made with Brent's favorite....heath bits!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, we sure did!

I also hope to get caught up with recipes and posts this week, it was hard to find time getting ready for the holidays this year.

Have a great day!

Chocolate Chip Heath Cookies

1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
 2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. Heath bits( or more)

Cream the butter and sugars, add egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chips and bits. Drop by tbsp. onto parchment lines cookie sheets and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes, ( I prefer soft chewy cookies, so I under bake them a bit and leave on the cookie sheet a minute or two before removing them)
