EZ oven roasted potatoes

Yum! These were great!

So quick and easy, and SO tasty. I've made them before with other seasonings, like Lawry's, and even just the salt and pepper, we love that too. But it was fun to try with the Italian!

EZ Oven Roasted Potatoes

2 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut in slices (about 1/4 " thick)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning ( or what ever you prefer)
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 

Put the sliced potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 about 15 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
