Not too long ago someone asked me how I like to cook pork chops. I had to laugh, as the way I make them is so simple! I just stick them in baking dish, add some water, sprinkle with seasoning, cover and bake. I throw in a couple of small potatoes to bake at the same time, and dinner is ready in an hour. I like to serve them with some BBQ sauce, too. Actually this is making me hungry just talking about it... I think I need to make this again soon!
Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
Lawry's salt
about 1/4 c. water
about 1/4 c. water
Sprinkle the chops with seasonings and place in a glass baking dish. Pour water on top and bake at 400, covered with foil ... about 1 hour.

Thanks Laurie. You just helped me figure out what to do with that package of chops I have in the fridge.
