- This has become one of our favorite quick meals! I like to serve it with a baked potato and green beans.

- Baked Tilapia with lemon butter
- 3 to 4 tilapia fillets
- lemon pepper seasoning
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Place the tilapia on a lightly greased foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes until 140 internal temp. In a pan, melt the butter, add the lemon juice and parsley. Drizzle on top of tilapa and serve.
