These parfaits are SO fun to make!
This is another recipe my daughter gave me, and she makes them with fresh peaches and blueberries. Yum! Actually, any pudding mix or fruit is delicious...so many options! We really liked the cheesecake pudding with raspberries too.
They look so cute in the jars, and with the lids, are handy to take on a picnic. It makes a nice size dessert, so the lids are also great if you just want to eat half and save the other half for later, too. Brent likes to take one in his lunch bag to work:)
Raspberry Parfaits
1 box (3.8 oz) instant cheesecake pudding
2 c. milk
8 shortbread cookies ( I used Keebler toffee chip Sandies)
1 1/2 c. fresh Raspberries
whipped cream for garnish
4 (8 oz.) glass jars
Prepare the pudding mix according to package directions. Crumble a cookie into the glass jars. Spoon in some pudding and top with raspberries. Repeat, and garnish with some whipped cream.
