I have a simple and festive appetizer to share today!
I whipped together some pimento cheese and spread it on some fun Christmas bread shapes ....I used a few cookie cutters. Then I added some more pimento for decorations.
Pimento Cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
3 Tbsp. mayo
Mix together. Cut cookie cutter shapes out of bread and spread on top.
