Banana Bread

I have quite a few recipes for banana bread that I have collected over the years, and I like them all. 

But I saw this one made with some cinnamon, so I decided to try it. 

So glad I did!

Very moist and delicious..and the hint of cinnamon was delicious!

Banana Bread

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream the sugar and eggs, add the oil and vanilla and mix well. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined and pour into 2 small greased loaf pans or one 8x5 loaf pan and bake about 1 hour at 350.

Sounds great, like the strong dose of cinnamon!
