Lunch time...quesadea

This was my lunch...and it was crazy good!

I buttered 2 flour tortillas, then layed one in a nonstick pan.  I spooned on some salsa, crumbled cooked bacon, and lots of shredded marble jack cheese. Then I put the other tortilla on top and lightly browned both sides.

  Look at that ooey, gooey melted cheese and bacon......with a bit of a kick from the salsa....just thought I'd share!
