Last week I posted a recipe for Creamy Garlic Parmesan Salad dressing, which turned out to be a new favorite.
I was putting it on everything, including these wraps which I thought I'd share today.
I just took some cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato, some spoonfuls of the dressing and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top of a flour tortilla.
The results were awesome!
Here's the recipe for the dressing again, in case you missed it on my post last week!
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Dressing
1/2 c. mayo
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Whisk all together.

Could you please drop off a few of these at our house? In time for dinner? It can't be that far?? lol Looks delicious! And 'hotdish' must be a regional term. I love regional names for things!
I would never in a million years eat this only because I do not like the things in however if I liked those things I would without a doubt eat it because that looks amazing & very yummy!
Oh, now that sounds like a great lunch. I must try that for my son, he loves BLT. I am writing down that dressing!
Blessings,
Susie
