I seriously could not get enough of this dip.
My friend brought it to stamp camp a few weeks ago and we couldn't stop eating it!
I couldn't believe how few ingredients it has. Of course you can put any ingredients you'd like on top.
I've had dips similar to this, but I think the black bean salsa really added a lot of flavor.
Black Bean Salsa Dip
1/2 c. black bean salsa
1/2 c. cream, cheese, softened
1 tomato chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4. c. chopped green onions
Mix the salsa and cream cheese. Spread on a plate. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes and onions. Serve with chips.
