I had a few filo cups leftover in the freezer from 4th of July, so I made a quick cheesecake filling for them. I topped them with some berries and some crushed graham crackers.
They made a nice lite summer dessert!
Cheese cake cups
4 oz. cool whip lite
4 oz. lite cream cheese
1/8 c. splenda
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pack filo cups
Bake filo cups according to directions. Cool. Mix filling and spoon inside cups. Top with berries.Refrigerate until serving.
