Copycat Marzetti's Slaw Dressing

So creamy!

So delicious!

This was just the perfect side for the Sweet and Smoky pulled pork sandwiches I served the other night.

I like a good coleslaw, and this has just the right combination of ingredients.

But I have to say, everything does taste better made with Hellman's. Their light mayo is even outstanding,  I use it all the time.
It's the best!

Tried it tonight. So good! I don't like my coleslaw soupy so this recipe is enough for 2 bags of coleslaw.

My husband of twenty-five years has been using Marzetti's since childhood. He loves it, but our only complaint has been it is too sweet. I convinced him to try a copy cat recipe and I used this one except that I only used 1/8 c. of sugar. Perfect! He loves it. I don't think he'll go back to store bought.
