Lite BLT Pasta Salad

I love BLT salads, but they are often loaded with fat and calories, so I was happy to find this recipe. It says one cup is only 3 ww pts, and that's a pretty good deal. A cup of this is quite filling, leaves you satisfied, and is absolutely delicious!

Lite BLT Pasta Salad

3 2/3 c. pasta, cooked
4 c. diced tomatoes
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. lettuce, thinly sliced
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. fat free mayo
1/3 c. lite sour cream
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
sliced green onions, optional

Combine the sugar, cider vinegar,mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, Mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Serves 6 calories 86 fat 4.7 fiber 2.1 protein 2.5
