Fudgy Flourless Brownie

These were awesome! Rich, moist, and SO incredibly fudgy!

In fact, they were so fudgy, I couldn't even cut them the first day. But it didn't matter..they were SO delicious, we ate them crumbly! I loved the rich chocolate with the crackle tops!

The next day, to my surprise, they cut very easily. We liked to warm them in the microwave and top them with Costco's strawberry yogurt sundae. Once in awhile I buy one, and they are so big, we usually get 2 to 3 servings a piece from just one. That's pretty good for $1.65!!

Anyway, these brownies are a real treat, warm or cold, with or with out ice cream!
