I"m back with another fun appetizer my daughter made for Christmas Eve. This one is SO simple and yet packs alot of flavor! They look so pretty on a green tray for the holidays too.

Salami Roll Ups
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
pimentos, patted dry
20 thin salami slices
Mix cream cheese and chives and spread on salami, fold in half, then in half again.Thread toothpicks with pimento and secure in salami.
