Paula rocks once again!
And......they were SO easy!
I was paging through one of Paula's magazines and saw these....I had all the ingredients on hand...so gave them a try. I loved the idea of baking the burgers, no mess, and also would be so easy to serve for company. You could have the patties made ahead and ready to just pop in the oven. They take only 20 minutes.
We loved the slider sauce and caramelized onions!
These were so good Brent asked if we could have these once a week!
I said, "YES!"
Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
{Paula Deen}
1 pound ground chuck
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Slider buns{I used this recipe}
Mix the burger, bacon, and cheese. Shape into 2 inch patties. Place on a cooling rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Slider Sauce
1/2 c. mayo
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
1/4 tsp. sugar
Mix and put on top of burgers.

Caramelized Onions
1 T. butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
Cook in a skillet until caramel colored. Put on top of burgers.
