Brent claims this is one of the top recipes I have found on Pinterest. And I have found quite a few winners, so I guess that's saying something!
I agree, it IS really a wonderful dish.
I served it over rice, and honestly it was as good as those free chicken samples at the mall food court!
I should take this time to confess. Whenever I go to the mall, I walk by just to get the samples.
I can't resist!
But now I can make my own....
Honey Sauced Chicken
3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
honey
1/4 c
lower-sodium soy sauce
1/8 c
chopped onion
1/8 c
ketchup
1 Tbsp oil
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the crock pot. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour on top.Cook on low 3 hours or high 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.

You know what's funny is I was planning on making this tonight. I've actually made it before and wasn't that wowed by it but I thought I would give it one more chance. After seeing this I am for sure!
