This pin was SO simple I had to pin it and try it.
It was great! It gave me a chance to use the new soft Greek yogurt cream cheese I just bought. I really like it, it has a slight tang and such a creamy texture. The combo of cucumber with cream cheese is always good, and I even had garden fresh cukes.

Rachel Rays turkey roll ups
whole wheat tortilla
laughing cow cheese (I used Greek yogurt cream cheese)
cucumber, diced
deli turkey
Mix cucumbers and cheese, spread on tortilla, add turkey and roll up.
