I forgot to post this last month. I made this salad with some of the last garden tomatoes I bought at a Farmers Market.
So simple and so fresh..... I can't wait until next summer to make this again!

Sliced tomatoes
Feta crumbles
Olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt and pepper
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a plate. Sprinkle with Feta. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Yummy and fresh! I had Farmer market tomatoes and they taste so much better than from the store. My green thumb is a little more on the brown side!
