Peanut Butter Blossoms Chex Mix

I've tried about 4 different recipes from Chex now, and they were ALL good. I have about 30 more to go if I want to try them all!

I chose this one as one of the first, as I love chocolate and who doesn't like it with peanut butter? It's a winning combo, and it was for this recipe also. It reminded me a bit of the Muddy Buddie mix in texture without the powdered sugar coating. 

Once you had a handful, you kept going back for more!

Peanut Butter Blossoms Chex Mix

(Chex Recipes)

3 c. corn chex

3 c. honey nut chex ( I used rice Chex)

1 Tbsp. butter

1/2 c. peanut butter

1/4 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. peanut butter milk chocolate morsels

 Microwave the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute till boiling. Add chex and microwave for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Microwave 2 minutes more until chex starts to get lightly browned. Stir in 1/4 c. of the morsels, let cool 5 minutes on wax paper lined cookie sheet, then add the rest of the morsels. Store in air tight container.
