We love egg bakes!
This one is rather decadent with all the bacon and cheese, but well worth the extra calories.
I think the 1 c. of milk makes it extra fluffy. I remember the first time I made it, I thought that was too much milk, but it turns out just perfect.
I like to top it with some more bacon and green onions before I serve it. Delicious!
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onions
5 pieces bacon , cooked and crumbled
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into a 8" greased pan. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onions on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Serves 6.
