I get tired of sandwiches for lunch, but lets face it, they are so quick and easy to make, especially in this hot weather. I found this recipe that really has lots of flavor and perks up an ordinary sandwich. I love the flavored cream cheese spread, and with garden fresh tomatoes, it can't be beat!
Dill and roast Beef Sandwich
3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
pinch of dill weed and garlic powder
2 slices of bakery caraway bread
3 slices of deli roast beef
4 tomato slices
2 large lettuce leaves
Mix the cream cheese, dill weed and garlic powder. Spread on 1 piece of the bread. Top with roast beef, tomato and lettuce. Top with slice of bread, cut and serve!
