Here's a classic recipe!

I haven't had these in years, so I whipped up a fun to make and eat!


1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

(1/2 c. powdered sugar for rolling in)

Cream the butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, and vanilla. Stir in the flour,salt and pecans. Roll into 1" balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 15 minutes, do  not let them over brown. While hot, roll them in 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Let set, and when cooled roll them again in powdered sugar.
