Caramel Apple Crescents


Pinned it, tried it and loved it!

We had these for brunch one day, and thought they were really tasty!




Caramel Apple Crescents

8 oz. tube crescents
1 apple, peeled and chopped fine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. caramel topping

Roll out the crescents into a rectangle on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Pinch seams together. Prick with a fork all across the rectangle. Top with brown sugar, then apples. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar and drizzle with caramel sauce. Bake at 375 for about 20 to 25 minutes, until golden. Watch carefully so the bottom doesn't burn.
