BLT Salad


I love making this tasty cold salad to take to the lake, yes, even in the fall. There are always alot of chores to do, so it's nice to have a quick lunch already made and ready to eat when you are in a hurry! 



BLT mac salad
T of H

2 c. cooked macaroni
5 green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
 1 1/4 c. mayo 
5 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix all  but bacon and refrigerate 2 hours. Stir in bacon before serving.
