11 whole graham crackers, broken into squares
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans( optional)
1 to 2 c. chocolate chips ( however thick you like you chocolate)
Line a lightly greased 15 x 10 pan with graham crackers. Bring the sugar and butter to a boil for 3 minutes. Pour over graham crackers and bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt. Spread with knife. Top with pecans if desired. Cool 5 minutes. Separate the squares and place on wax paper. Store in refrigerator.
