This recipe is from a church cookbook I bought at our local used book store. I go in every other week and see if they have gotten in any more treasures for my cookbook collection. I LOVE reading cookbooks.

1 1/2 c. cold buttermilk
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 ( 8 oz.) carton of Cool Whip
Beat the buttermilk and pudding for 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip, chill 1 hour. Serve over fresh fruit.

This is definitely unique with the buttermilk. I bet it's delicious! I love reading cookbooks too!
