This is a new recipe I tried for Monster Cookies. The one I normally make has corn syrup. I like both recipes and really couldn't tell a big difference.

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. oats
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. M & M's
Mix peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Stir in eggs and vanilla, mix well. Mix in the baking soda. Stir in the oats and M & M's. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheets for 10 to 12 minutes at 350. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
